UKULUNGISELELA

Susa imbewu kwi-pepper, yinqumle, kwaye ugxobhoze kwi-2 tbsp. ioli yomnquma eshushu. Yongeza umhluzi, i-Ajvar paste kunye ne-cream, kwaye upheke yonke into malunga nemizuzu ye-15 kubushushu obuphakathi. I-Puree, ixesha ngetyuwa, kwaye uthele kwi-STAUB oval dish yokubhaka.

Ixesha le-250ml yamanzi ngetyuwa, i-pepper kunye ne-nutmeg, yongeza i-50g yebhotela, uze ubilise. Emva koko ugxobhoze kwi-polenta, gubungela kwaye upheke yonke into ngokushisa okuphakathi malunga nemizuzu eyi-8. Gcoba i-Parmesan ushizi esele (50g) phezu kwayo yonke into kwaye ubhaka yonke into kwi-oven eshushu kwinqanaba eliphantsi malunga nemizuzu engama-25-30.
